Facility

Animal Emergency Service is a state of the art 14,000 square foot facility. The facility includes three surgical suites, an intensive care unit, an ultrasound room, an endoscopy room, an I-131 radiation facility, an in-house full-service laboratory and a chemotherapy center. We are equipped with state-of-the-art monitoring, diagnostic and treatment modalities. We also have access to advanced diagnostic imaging.

Payment Options

We know large veterinary expenses are often unplanned. There are times when a substantial deposit and paying the bill in full are not possible. We are pleased to offer CareCredit, a convenient interest-free payment plan. We also accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Money Orders and Cash. We do not accept checks.

Staffing

The emergency service is staffed with experienced, internship-trained emergency doctors. The support staff includes a highly skilled group of NYS certified technicians, several of whom are certified in emergency/critical care and anesthesia.

Visiting Hours

We know that visiting your pet during their stay at Animal Emergency Service is important. We have the following hours available: Monday-Friday 12pm-2pm and 5:30pm-8:30pm; Saturday 12pm-2pm. Please discuss additional time with your doctor.
